Pathway to Decentralization

The over-arching goal is to build out a Decentralized Psychiatry Ecosystem. While our team will initially steer the direction of this ecosystem, we believe in Progressive Decentralization and therefore intend to distribute governance of this ecosystem to contributors, delegators, and community members like you in the long term.

This roadmap includes the formation of a Decentralization Autonomous Organization (DAO), which will enable psychiatric clinics to coordinate capital towards accomplishing greater collective goals. More information will be revealed in a step-wise fashion as the Distributed Ledger Technology/Blockchain space evolves to provide regulatory clarity. This space evolves quickly, so we will monitor closely for guidance pertaining to potential future airdrops and/or token distributions. E.g. SEC Commissioner Hester Pierce recently proposed decentralization as a safe harbor for token distribution.
